Safe Harbor Free Clinic (SHFC) is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) corporation, EIN 26-3825107, located in Stanwood, WA providing health services to the low-income uninsured population of Island, Skagit and Snohomish Counties. Our first priority is the immediate health care needs of those it serves; our long-term goal is to care for the whole person, meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient.
